From Rookie to Rukky: Dissociating my Urhobo Name from its English Counterpart

Rukky, short for Rukevwe, is an Urhobo name from Delta State, Nigeria that means "God has done me well". It goes without saying that Rukky bears resemblance to the English word "rookie".
